NATURE CONSERVATION (OPEN SEASONS) AMENDMENT ORDER 2006 (S.R. 2006, NO. 158) - REG 5

Clause 5 amended (Open season for short-tailed shearwater (muttonbird): muttonbird licences)

Clause 5(1) of the Principal Order is amended by omitting "last Saturday in March of the year and ending on the second Sunday in April of the year" and substituting "Saturday nearest 1 April of the year and ending on the third Sunday following that day" .
