NATURE CONSERVATION (OPEN SEASONS) AMENDMENT ORDER 2015 (S.R. 2015, NO. 13) - REG 4

Clause 5 amended (Open season for short-tailed shearwater (muttonbird): muttonbird licences)

Clause 5 of the Principal Order is amended by inserting after subclause (2) the following subclause:

(3) Despite subclause (2) , juvenile muttonbirds may not be taken from the rookeries of Hannants Bight, Pilot Bay and Trumpeter Rock at Cape Sorell during the open season that starts at 8:00 a.m. on the Saturday nearest 1 April 2015 (namely 4 April 2015).
