(1)  For the purposes of section 11 of the National Parks and Reserves Management Act 2002 , the emblems shown in Schedule 1 to this order are the authorised emblems to be adopted for use by the Director.

(2)  The authorised emblems may be adopted for use by the Director in any one or more colours.
