These regulations provide, in relation to plumbing work and for the purposes the Occupational Licensing Act 2005 , for (a) licensing procedures and related matters; and(b) rectification processes for defective work; and(c) infringement notice offences, demerit points and other penalties; and(d) licensing and other fees; and(e) other miscellaneous matters.
