Regulation 3(1) of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting the following definition after the definition of Director of Ambulance Services :

Director of Public Health means the Director of Public Health appointed under the Public Health Act 1997 ;

(b) by inserting the following definition after the definition of narcotic substance :

Nursing Board means the Nursing Board of Tasmania established under the Nursing Act 1995 ;
