POISONS AMENDMENT (MISCELLANEOUS) REGULATIONS 2017 (S.R. 2017, NO. 97) - REG 18
Regulation 34 amended (Destruction of narcotic substances prohibited)
Regulation 34(2)(b) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting
"surgeon" and substituting "surgeon, authorised health professional" .
