Regulation 39(2) of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting "eligible" and substituting "endorsed" ;

(b) by omitting "surgeon or optometrist" and substituting "surgeon, optometrist, podiatrist, or authorised health professional" .
