Regulation 45 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from subregulation (1) "eligible" first occurring and substituting "endorsed" ;

(b) by omitting from subregulation (1) "authorised optometrist" first occurring and substituting "authorised health professional" ;

(c) by omitting from subregulation (1)(ba) "eligible" and substituting "endorsed" ;

(d) by omitting paragraph (e) from subregulation (1) and substituting the following paragraph:

(e) by the authorised health professional only for use in the course of the lawful practice of his or her profession.

(e) by omitting from subregulation (2) "eligible" and substituting "endorsed" ;

(f) by omitting from subregulation (2) "optometrist" and substituting "authorised health professional" .
