Regulation 50 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting in subregulation (1) ", authorised health professional" after "dentist" ;

(b) by omitting from subregulation (1) "a form approved by the Secretary" and substituting "the form required under regulation 9A of the Therapeutic Goods Regulations 1990 of the Commonwealth" ;

(c) by inserting in subregulation (2)(b) ", authorised health professional" after "a medical practitioner, dentist" ;

(d) by inserting in subregulation (2)(b) ", authorised health professional" after "the medical practitioner, dentist" .
