POISONS AMENDMENT (MISCELLANEOUS) REGULATIONS 2017 (S.R. 2017, NO. 97) - REG 33

Regulation 53 amended (Supply of potent substances by pharmaceutical chemists)

Regulation 53(1)(a) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "eligible midwife" and substituting "endorsed midwife, authorised health professional" .
