Regulation 62 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from paragraph (e) "practitioner." and substituting "practitioner;" ;

(b) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (e) :

(f) where the registered nurse or midwife is –

(i) employed in a correctional health facility, or a children and youth services facility, at which it is impractical for a medical practitioner to attend; and

(ii) acting in accordance with the instructions of a medical practitioner.
