Regulation 128 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting "of the department responsible for the administration of the Disability Services Act 2011 " after "Secretary" .

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations amend the Poisons Regulations 2018 by –

(a) allowing for an extension of the period during which certain substances can be dispensed or supplied after the date of prescription; and

(b) updating the reference to the Secretary with administrative responsibility for regulating disability services programs.
