Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is rescinded and the following regulation is substituted:

4.     Fees

(1)  For the purpose of section 74B of the Act, the prescribed fee for an application for a tobacco seller's licence is 75 fee units for each premises specified in the application.

(2)  The fee prescribed for a notification of additional premises under section 74K of the Act is 75 fee units for each premises specified in the notification.

These regulations amend the Public Health (Tobacco Seller's Licence) Regulations 2000 by prescribing certain fees payable –

(a) for each premises specified in an application for a tobacco seller's licence; and

(b) for each premises specified in a notification of additional premises.
