(1) Subject to regulation 30 , the Minister, by notice in writing to an operator, may withdraw the acceptance of an environment plan for a petroleum activity on any one or more of the grounds set out in subregulation (2) .(2) For subregulation (1) , the grounds are that (a) the operator or petroleum instrument holder has not complied with (i) a provision of the Act, the regulations or any other regulations made under the Act relating to environmental requirements; or(ii) a direction given by the Minister under the Act, the regulations or any other regulations made under the Act; or(b) the operator has not complied with regulation 7 , 8 , 23 , 24 or 25 ; or(c) the Minister has refused to accept a proposed revision of the environment plan.(3) A notice under subregulation (1) must set out the reasons for the decision.
