PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (MANAGEMENT OF ENVIRONMENT) REGULATIONS 2012 (S.R. 2012, NO. 36) - REG 37
Interpretation
In this Division – specified concentration means a concentration of
petroleum in produced formation water that is not greater than an average of
30ml/L over any period of 24 hours.
