PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (MANAGEMENT OF ENVIRONMENT) REGULATIONS 2022 (S.R. 2022, NO. 25) - REG 18
Requirements
The environment plan for a petroleum activity must describe the requirements
that – (a) apply to the petroleum activity; and
(b) are relevant to
the environmental management of the petroleum activity.
