PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (PIPELINES) REGULATIONS 2002 (S.R. 2002, NO. 66) - REG 23
Statement of safety policy
The pipeline management plan is to include a statement of the pipeline
licensee’s strategic health and safety objectives for the design,
construction, operation, modification and decommissioning of the pipeline.
