Regulation 4(a) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "Director of Environmental Management" and substituting "Director, Environment Protection Authority" .

These regulations amend the Pollution of Waters by Oil and Noxious Substances Regulations 2007 consequent on the enactment of the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Amendment (Environment Protection Authority) Act 2007 by replacing a reference to the office of Director of Environmental Management with a reference to the office of Director, Environment Protection Authority.
