For the purposes of the definition of corresponding law in section 3(1) of the Police Powers (Surveillance Devices) Act 2006 , the following laws of other jurisdictions are declared to correspond to that Act:

(a) Crimes (Surveillance Devices) Act 2010 of the Australian Capital Territory;

(b) Surveillance Devices Act 2007 of New South Wales;

(c) Surveillance Devices Act 2007 of the Northern Territory;

(d) Chapter 13 of the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000 of Queensland;

(e) Surveillance Devices Act 2016 of South Australia;

(f) Surveillance Devices Act 1999 of Victoria;

(g) Surveillance Devices Act 2004 of the Commonwealth.
