POISONS REGULATIONS 2018 (S.R. 2018, NO. 79) - REG 125

Transport by drone prohibited
A person must not, without the Secretary’s approval, use a drone for the transport of any scheduled substance.
Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
