(1) This regulation applies to the following substances:(a) acitretin for human use;(b) alefacept for human use;(c) ambrisentan for human use;(d) bexarotene for human use;(e) bosentan for human use;(f) cannabidiol;(g) clomiphene for human use;(h) corifollitropin alfa (recombinant follicle stimulant) for human use;(i) cyclofenil for human use;(j) dinoprost for human use;(k) dinoprostone;(l) dronabinol (S8);(m) etretinate for human use;(n) follitropin alpha (recombinant human follicle-stimulating hormone) for human use;(o) follitropin beta (recombinant human follicle-stimulating hormone) for human use;(p) isotretinoin for human oral use;(q) lenalidomide;(r) luteinising hormone (S4) for human use;(s) macitentan for human use;(t) riociguat for human use;(u) sitaxentan for human use;(v) teriparatide for human use;(w) thalidomide for human use;(x) tretinoin for human oral use;(y) urifollitropin (otherwise known as follicle-stimulating hormone) for human use.(2) Subject to subregulation (3) , a person must not prescribe, sell or supply a substance to which this regulation applies for human use unless that person is (a) authorised by the Secretary to do so; or(b) included in a class of persons authorised by the Secretary to do so.Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.(3) Subregulation (2) does not apply to the sale or supply of any substance specified in that subregulation (a) by a wholesale chemist in the ordinary course of wholesale dealing; or(b) by a pharmaceutical chemist on the prescription of a person who has the authority of the Secretary to prescribe the substance.(4) A person authorised under this regulation to prescribe or supply any of the substances specified in this regulation must comply with such conditions as are specified in the authority.Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.(5) The Secretary may at any time revoke an authority given under this regulation.
