A person must not –

(a) administer to himself or herself; or

(b) administer to another person; or

(c) sell or supply for human use; or

(d) represent as being suitable for human use –

a medicine or other substance which contains a poison or restricted substance and which is prepared for the treatment of animals.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
