EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations –

(a) make provision in respect of the prescription, possession, supply, manufacturing, storage, labelling, packaging and disposal of narcotic substances, poisons and restricted substances and miscellaneous related matters; and
(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Poisons Regulations 2008 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
