In these regulations –

Act means the Prisoners (Interstate Transfer) Act 1982 ;

prisoner's request means –

(a) for Part 2 , a request of the kind referred to in section 5(1)(a) of the Act; and

(b) for Part 3 , a request of the kind referred to in section 10(1)(b) of the Act; and

(c) for Part 4 , a request of the kind referred to in section 21(1)(a) of the Act;

Secretary means Secretary of the Department.
