Proclamation under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Act 2013

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Act 2013 fix 30 March 2015 as the day on which section 31 of that Act commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This proclamation commences section 31 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Act 2013 on 30 March 2015 so that the fatigue management provisions of the Heavy Vehicle National Law apply as a law of this jurisdiction from that date.
