Proclamation under the Liquor and Accommodation Amendment Act 2003

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Liquor and Accommodation Amendment Act 2003 fix 1 August 2003 as the day on which sections 1 , 2 , 3 and 6 of that Act commence and fix 15 September 2003 as the day on which the remaining provisions of that Act commence.

This proclamation fixes –
(a) 1 August 2003 as the day on which sections 1, 2, 3 and 6 of the Liquor and Accommodation Amendment Act 2003 commence; and
(b) 15 September 2003 as the day on which the remaining provisions of that Act commence.
