Proclamation under the Marine and Safety Authority Amendment Act 2006

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Marine and Safety Authority Amendment Act 2006 fix 25 October 2006 as the day on which that Act commences.
