EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

This proclamation –

(a) declares certain areas of Crown land to be reserved land under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 in the classes of nature reserve, conservation area and State reserve; and

(b) gives a name to each of those areas of reserved land.
