Proclamation under the Public Sector Superannuation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act (No. 2) 2004

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(3) of the Public Sector Superannuation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act (No. 2) 2004 fix 15 June 2005 as the day on which Parts 6 and 8 of that Act commence.
