Proclamation under the Vehicle and Traffic Amendment (Novice Driver Licensing) Act 2008

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Vehicle and Traffic Amendment (Novice Driver Licensing) Act 2008 fix 25 August 2008 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
