Proclamation under the Water and Sewerage Corporation Act 2012

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 42 of the Water and Sewerage Corporation Act 2012 fix 1 December 2013 as the day on which the Water and Sewerage Corporations Act 2008 is repealed.
