Rule 300 of the Principal Rules is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from subrule (1)(a) "a phone call (other than a text message, video message, email or similar communication)" and substituting "an audio phone call" ;

(b) by inserting the following definition after the definition of affixed to in subrule (4) :

audio phone call does not include an email, text message, video call, video message or other similar communication;
