Paragraph (a) of the definition of approved motor bike helmet in rule 270(3) of the Principal Rules is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from subparagraph (iii) "(the UN standard ); and" and substituting "; or" ;

(b) by inserting the following subparagraph after subparagraph (iii) :

(iv) the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe standard 22.06; and
