ROAD AMENDMENT RULES 2022 (S.R. 2022, NO. 43) - REG 8

Rule 44 amended (Division does not apply to entering or leaving a roundabout, lane filtering or repositioning)

Rule 44 of the Principal Rules is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from paragraph (b) "rule 151A." and substituting "rule 151A; or" ;
(b) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (b) :
(c) the rider of a motor bike while repositioning the motorbike within the same lane in order to avoid a hazard or reduce the risk of a crash.
