After regulation 114A of the Principal Regulations, the following regulation is inserted:

114AB.     Prescribed percentage for purposes of section 57M of Act (Win totalizator)

For the purposes of section 57M(1A)(a) of the Act, the prescribed percentage is 14.50%.
