(1)  A person to whom regulation 62 applies or the spouse of any such person may pay or cause to be paid into the Fund all or part of the benefit that he or she is entitled to receive as a member of another superannuation scheme or fund or as an eligible termination payment under an employment redundancy programme.

(2)  An amount paid into the Fund under subregulation (1) is to be credited to an investment account or an allocated pension account in the name of the person to whom regulation 62 applies or the spouse of that person.
