Regulation 27(2) of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting "college or university," and substituting "college, university or other educational or training institution," ;

(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) "college or university –" and substituting "college, university or other educational or training institution –" .

These regulations amend the Retirement Benefits (Parliamentary Superannuation) Regulations 2002 consequent on the enactment of the Education and Training (Miscellaneous and Consequential Amendments) Act 2008 , the Education and Training (Tasmanian Academy) Act 2008 and the Education and Training (Tasmanian Polytechnic) Act 2008 .
