Where a person ceases to be a member to whom this Part applies by reason of his or her death and no pension is payable under regulation 24 , the personal representatives of that person are entitled to have paid to them an amount representing a lump sum calculated in accordance with regulation 29 as if 100% of the appropriate pension calculated in accordance with regulation 24 were commuted.
