(1)  In so far as it relates to the portion of railway specified in Plan No. 11477 in the Central Plan Register, the designation of Tasmanian Railway Pty Ltd (CAN 139 383 761) as Rail Infrastructure Owner is revoked.

(2)  All rail infrastructure associated with that portion of railway is transferred to the Crown.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the order)

This order –

(a) removes from the rail network under the Rail Infrastructure Act 2007 that portion of the South Line designated in Plan No. 11477 in the Central Plan Register; and

(b) revokes the designation of Tasmanian Railway Pty Ltd as the Rail Infrastructure Owner in respect of that portion of railway; and

(c) transfers ownership of the associated rail infrastructure to the Crown.
