(1)  The Director of Public Health or an authorised officer may serve an infringement notice on a person if the Director of Public Health or authorised officer is of the opinion that the person has committed an infringement offence.

(2)  The amount that may be imposed for an infringement offence is the amount specified adjacent to that offence in column 3 of Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 3 .

(3)  An infringement notice is not to relate to 4 or more offences.
