For the purposes of section 45 of the Act, the following are prescribed changes in circumstances for an authority:

(a) a change in the holder's postal or email address;

(b) a change in the holder's business name;

(c) if the holder is a partnership, a change in the partners of the partnership;

(d) if the holder is a body corporate, a change in the directors or chief executive officer of the body corporate.
