(1)  The Returning Officer in an election is to prepare a roll of all persons eligible to vote in the election.

(2)  The Returning Officer is to make the electoral roll for an election available to any person for the purposes of the election.

(3)  A person must not make or use a copy of an electoral roll or any part of an electoral roll except for the purposes of an election.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
