ROAD RULES 2009 (S.R. 2009, NO. 142) - REG 201

Stopping on a road with a bicycle parking sign
A driver (except the rider of a bicycle) must not stop on a length of road to which a bicycle parking sign applies, unless the driver is dropping off, or picking up, passengers.

Penalty: Fine not exceeding 2 penalty units.

Note : Bicycle is defined in the dictionary.
