Regulation 6 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from subregulation (1) "an Alcotest 7110" and substituting "a breath analysing instrument" ;

(b) by omitting from subregulation (2) "an Alcotest 7110" and substituting "a breath analysing instrument" ;

(c) by omitting from subregulation (3) "an Alcotest 7110" and substituting "a breath analysing instrument" ;

(d) by omitting from subregulation (3) "6 months" and substituting "12 months" .
