RAIL SAFETY REGULATIONS 1999 (S.R. 1999, NO. 105) - REG 9

Railway employees – alcohol and drugs
(1)  For the purposes of section 29 of the Act, the prescribed concentration of alcohol is a concentration of .05 grams or more of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
(2)  Schedule 1 sets out procedures and requirements for testing for the presence of alcohol or drugs in railway employees who are about to carry out, or who are carrying out, railway safety work.
