Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting " Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013 ." from the definition of Act and substituting " Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013 ;" ;

(b) by inserting the following after the definition of Act :

TasTAFE means TasTAFE created under section 56 of the Training and Workforce Development Act 2013 .
