(1)  The Commissioner may establish review panels to determine reviews under delegation from the Commissioner.

(2)  A review panel established by the Commissioner consists of 3 persons of whom –

(a) one is the Commissioner or his or her delegate who is to be the chairperson; and

(b) one is a person appointed by the Commissioner from a list of persons nominated by the Minister; and

(c) one is a person, who is employed in the State Service, appointed by the Commissioner from a list of persons submitted by one or more of the public sector employee organisations registered with the Tasmanian Industrial Commission.
