STATE SERVICE REGULATIONS 2001 (S.R. 2001, NO. 41) - REG 8

Employee records kept by Commissioner
The following details are prescribed for the purposes of section 18(4) of the Act to be kept in relation to each employee:
(a) employment status;
(b) surname;
(c) given names;
(d) title;
(e) sex;
(f) date of birth;
(g) residential post code;
(h) date commenced service;
(i) Agency;
(j) division/branch/section;
(k) work location post code;
(l) source of funds;
(m) award identifier;
(n) award level;
(o) salary;
(p) job title;
(q) date employed at present level;
(r) hours employed;
(s) full-time equivalent factor.
