These regulations amend the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2017 by removing references to the Passenger Transport Services Act 2011 , the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries Act 2008 and associated statutory rules, consequent on the commencement of the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries Regulations 2023.
