Regulation 104A is amended by omitting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:

(b) an offence under rule 20 of the Traffic (Road Rules) Regulations 1999 that has been detected by a photographic detection device;

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
